Matthew 3:2
“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near.”


Matthew 3:16
After Jesus was baptized, just as he was coming up out of the water, the heavens opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming on him.

Again, I tell you the truth, if two of you on earth agree about whatever you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you.

“For this reason, the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his slaves.

Now the main point of what we are saying is this: We have such a high priest, one who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,


Hebrews 8:5
The place where they serve is a sketch and shadow of the heavenly sanctuary, just as Moses was warned by God as he was about to complete the tabernacle. For he says, “ See that you make everything according to the design shown to you on the mountain.”


Hebrews 9:23
So it was necessary for the sketches of the things in heaven to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves required better sacrifices than these.

For Christ did not enter a sanctuary made with hands — the representation of the true sanctuary — but into heaven itself, and he appears now in God’s presence for us.

But the dragon was not strong enough to prevail, so there was no longer any place left in heaven for him and his angels.
